Indulgence Bakery is proud to call itself one of Niagara’s last “from scratch” bakeries and use only the best quality and freshest ingredients available.
We offer a variety of specialty breads, such as rye, whole grain, Kame and Kettle beer bread, white, Austrian, sunflower flax, natural whole wheat sourdough, natural sourdough baguette and Italian loaf.
We also make a variety of flavored bagels, focaccia, ciabatta, hambuger and hot dog buns, as well as breakfast items such as muffins, turnovers, scones, chocolate croissants, and caramel pecan buns.
We also have an assortment of various squares and cookies, including lemon coconut, apple, Hello Dolly, date, maple walnut, brownies, nanaimo, Sweet-Marie (gluten free), lazy-daisy cake, empire cookies, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies and cranberry walnut oatmeal cookies.
We also stock and serve Balzac Coffee.
Certain items, such as lemon meringue, coconut cream, chocolate cream, apple, blueberry, pumpkin, pecan, peach (seasonal) and cherry pies are all made to order. We also do custom sugar cookies and custom cupcakes for any and all occasions.
